Gary Leonard

Gary was born at Amherst, Texas on May 7, 1950. He accepted Christ as his personal Savior in 1957 at the Milnesand Baptist Church. He surrendered to the Gospel Ministry in 1974 and was licensed to the ministry later that year. He was ordained October 2, 1977.

While pastoring his first church in Bernalillo, NM, Gary earned a BUS degree from the University of New Mexico. From there he went to Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity degree on May 13, 1983. Since then, Gary has been blessed to pastor churches in San Angelo, Wichita Falls, and Granbury, Texas.

Gary and Connie have been married since 1970. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Minister of Music

Jerry was born and raised near Austin, Texas. At age 10 he was saved by Jesus Christ and began his Christian service.

During college, Jerry was active in youth ministry and he began his music ministry in 1995 at a small Baptist church in Austin. He has been serving his Lord through music ever since.

Jerry has a liberal arts degree from the University of Texas in Austin.

Jerry has been married to Jennifer for 11 years. They have two sons; Austin, age 10 and Cameron, age 8.

Jerry and Jennifer are excited to be serving God at Southside Baptist Church.
